Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer returns within 14 days of purchase in store, or the date of delivery for online orders. We are happy to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, or you will receive store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or exchange.
- For exchanges, you will receive confirmation and further instructions promptly.
- For returns, please be sure to include your Name + Order #, and ship the item(s) via the carrier of your choice (be sure to save your tracking information), or by dropping off in person at either our Sag Harbor or East Hampton Location.

*If you would prefer that we provide you with a return shipping label, $15 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping and processing.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned or exchanged items must have tags still attached.
- Returned or exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Leonard Frisbie fabrics are pre-washed and pre-shrunk and our care instructions are tried and tested, therefore we cannot claim liability for items that the care instructions were not followed, or for damage cause by your washing machine or laundry service. These issues include, but are not limited to: shrinking, bleaching, pulls or pilling, heat damage, washed, worn, or altered items, or the normal wear that occurs after a year.
We will not claim responsibility for any underarm stains, no exceptions.
Garment dyed items CAN BLEED DYE onto other items in their first few washes, for this reason it is important to follow the washing instructions and wash all items with like colors.
If you feel that your item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, please get in touch with us at info@leonardfrisbie.com and we will work to resolve the issue. If you loose a button, tear a seam, end up with a hole in the fabric, or have an issue with a zipper, we offer mending services for Leonard Frisbie clothing.
